During execution of works that can be classified as a part of the general activity of an organization or an enterprise individual issues assigned to the employees shall be linked to certain works within projects. Yet several non-recurring issues can be assigned beyond a project if they defy any classification.
How to assign an issue not linked to a project:
- When in WebAsyst Issues use drop-down list labeled "Project" to choose option "<not linked to project>" or "<group issues by projects>". With any of those options selected, area titled "<not linked to project>" will appear on the page:
- After the page reloads click on "Add Issue" and in the issue setup window that will appear select option "<not linked to project>" from the "Task" labeled drop-down list.
- Specify other issue parameters and click on "Save" or "Save and Add Another" according to your needs.
