Copying notes containing a certain word or phrase to the specified folder

With a large number of notes in your WebAsyst Notes application you may find it useful to be able to view the list of all notes (in all folders) containing a certain word or phrase, e.g. Internet or customer.

To obtain such a list run a search through all notes. To do so, enter the desired word or phrase in the search box and click on "Go".

The list of found notes can be copied or moved to a separate folder. To achieve that, create a new folder before running the search. After the search is completed, select all found notes using a checkbox in the header of the table with search results and select menu item "Notes... -> Copy Notes(s)" or "Notes... -> Move Note(s)".
