Reply text missing on request history page

If you have an automatic signature set up for the email address, from which replies are sent back to clients, this signature is automatically hidden on the request-viewing page in order to remove repeating text and to facilitate viewing of the request-processing history.

This fact should be taken into account when a reply to a client's request is being written. The reply text should be entered at the very top of the appropriate text area. Note that any text entered within the signature will be hidden on the request history page.
