Can I re-assign an issue before it is completed?

Online service WebAsyst Issues allows a project manager to change the person responsible for completion of a previously assigned issue. Use the issue editing feature to achieve that. Select the project the issue in question belongs to using a drop-down list and click on "Edit" under its description. In the pop-up window that opens select another user from the "Assign to" list and click on "Save".

If the the newly assigned person is allowed to receive email notifications, he or she will receive a notification of this re-assignment. The previously assigned person will not receive any notification.
