Do you provide FTP access for users of your online services?

Users of our online services who have signed up for an account on our web site are not granted FTP access to their files. User files, e.g. digital products in an online store or uploaded photos, can only be accessed through the account interface.

Should you feel the necessity to have FTP access to the server, it is recommended to purchase WebAsyst scripts and install them on a web hosting or your own server. All user data already uploaded to your account will be backed up as an archive file and offered to you free of charge. In order to receive all data from your account, send us an email requesting them as soon as you pay for the WebAsyst scripts.
