What if I receive more orders than are allowed for my tariff plan?

Most tariff plans of the WebAsyst online services limit the number of orders a user of the Store service may process within a 30-days period. Should the number of orders exceed such a limit a notification will be automatically emailed to the account owner and a warning message will appear in the user account.

During 7 days following the receipt of such a notification nothing will be changed about the order processing. Within that period you can either cancel some of the previously received orders to meet the requirements of the current tariff plan or switch to an extended plan.

Every day the WebAsyst automatically counts the number of orders received during the previous 30 days. If within the 7-days period the number of orders received during the previous 30 days decreases and falls within the limits of your account, the warning message will disappear. In this case switching to another plan is not required.

If the number of orders remains above the limit of your account for more than 7 days after the appearance of the warning message, access to the Store account sections "Orders" and "Customers" will be restricted until we receive payment for an extended tariff plan from the account owner.

In spite of such limitations, customers will always be able to place new orders in your online store. As soon as we receive payment for an extended plan, access to account sections "Orders" and "Customers" will be automatically unlocked.
