I have lost the password to my account. How can I get it back?

To restore a lost password of your WebAsyst account use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Using this link will make a new password sent to your email address.

If you failed to restore the password using the "Forgot Password?" link, log in to the ADMINISTRATOR account and save a new password for your user. You may also ask other account users who have access to the "Users" section to save a new password for you.

Should you fail to restore your password using the above recommendations, go to WebAsyst Installer section "Settings -> Database" and save a new password for the ADMINISTRATOR account.*

*Note: This paragraph is intended only for owners of WebAsyst PHP scripts licenses. Users of online of services should request the password of the ADMINISTRATOR account from our support team. The password will be emailed right after such an inquiry has been received by the support team.

Once you have access to the ADMINISTRATOR account, you can save a new password for your personal account as described above.
