How do I show a contact list to all users?

Contact lists are usually accessible only by those users who have created them. However, users with access level "administrator" can also share their lists (static or dynamic) with others. When shared in such a way, contacts in a list become available (only for reading) to all users of Contacts.

To share a contact list with all users, click menu item "Share this list with other users (read only)" in the "Actions" menu or (if the list is static) click menu item "Edit" and enable the appropriate option on the next page.

The name of a shared list is marked with an "a" letter in the left-hand navigation pane:  (static) or  (dynamic).
